| Creamy Ham and Spaghetti Casserole | |||||||
| 1/2 cup sliced green onions 1 cup small curd cottage cheese 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 cup frozen cut green beans, thawed 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained 2 tablespoons butter 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked & drained 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 3 cup cubed cooked ham 2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided 1 (8 ounces) sour cream Sauté onions, celery and mushrooms in butter till tender. Add spaghetti, ham, 1-1/2 cups cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, beans, pimentos, garlic salt & pepper. Mix well. Put in greased, shallow 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 10 minutes more. |
