| 1 pound ground beef (browned and drained) 2-1/2 cups tomatoes 2 (16 ounce) cans chili 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup sour cream 8 ounces cooked spaghetti Grated Parmesan cheese Add tomatoes and chili to the browned beef. Simmer covered for 45 minutes. Add cheese and sour cream. Add cooked spaghetti. Pour entire mixture into one large or two smaller casseroles. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes for large casserole and 30 minutes for small casseroles. |
