Crab Pizza
11 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce to taste (optional)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3/4 cup chili sauce
7 crab sticks (shredded)
Chopped fresh parsley

Blend cream cheese with lemon juice, onion Worcestershire, Tabasco sauce, and mayonnaise. Spread in a flat layer in a 9-inch round shallow dish. Top with chili sauce. Chill. Just before serving, top with a layer of shredded crab sticks, then a layer of parsley. Serve with crackers.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
