Cheese Ball with Chutney

8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chutney
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 to 1 tablespoon curry powder

Mix above ingredients. Chill first then make into balls. Roll in parsley. Can be made several days in advance. Keeps well in the refrigerator and mellows with age.
