Salmon Loaf
1 large can salmon (remove skin and bones and mash very fine)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 egg whites; stiffly beaten
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup hot milk

Mix together salmon, salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice, beaten egg yolks cracker crumbs, and hot milk. fold in egg whites. Pour into well greased oaf pan. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 60 minutes.
