Scalloped Pineapple
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
4 eggs
1 (20-ounce) can of crushed pineapple, juice and all
5 slices of bread, cubed

Cream sugar and butter, beat eggs and add them to the creamed mixture. Add pineapple juice and all, then add the bread. Turn the mixture into a greased 9x9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
