Easy Orange Delight

2 (3 ounce) packages orange Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 can mandarin oranges(drained)
1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add sherbet and stir until dissolved. Cool. Fold in oranges and frozen whipped topping. Pour in serving bowl and refrigerate overnight.
