| 1 (3 ounce) package orange Jell-O 1 (3 ounce) package cherry Jell-O 1 (3 ounce) package lime Jell-O 1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O 3 cups boiling water, divided 2 cups cold water, divided 1 cup pineapple juice 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/3 cup melted butter 2 envelopes Dream Whip 1 cup cold milk 1 teaspoon vanilla Dissolve the orange Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water and mix. Pour into an 8" or 9" square pan. Repeat the same process with the cherry and lime Jell-O's. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight. When firm cut into 1/2" squares. In medium saucepan mix pineapple juice and sugar. Cook 2 minutes until sugar dissolves. Stir in lemon Jell-O until dissolved. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup cold water. Mix well. Chill until slightly thickened (about 1 to 1-1/2 hours.) Meanwhile mix cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9" x 13" x 2" glass dish. Prepare Dream whip with the milk and vanilla. Beat at high till peaks from. Scrape the sides of the bowl and beat 2 more minutes on high. Fold into the thickened lemon Jell-O carefully. Add the color cubes and mix gently. Pour onto the cracker crust. Spread evenly. Smooth surface with spatula. Chill 5 hours. Serves 16 Note: Try different colors of Jell-O to create a holiday dessert for different holidays. |
