Lemonade Cookies
1 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
3 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 (6 ounce) can lemonade concentrate, thawed
Extra sugar

Cream butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add dry ingredients and 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate. Drop about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Brush hot cookies lightly with remaining lemonade concentrate, sprinkle with sugar.
