1 package (10-12 ounces) corn chips
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter

Spread corn chips evenly on a greased 15x10x1-inch. baking pan. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Remove from the heat; stir in peanut butter until smooth. Pour evenly over the corn chips. Cool completely. Break into pieces.

Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
