Graham Cracker Cookies
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup (approximately) thinly sliced almonds
1/2 to 1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans (depends on how nutty you want them)
1 Box Graham Crackers

Lightly grease a jelly roll pan and lay graham crackers close together to fill the pan. lace thinly sliced almonds on top. In medium saucepan melt the butter and margarine. Add sugar and bring to a boil. Boil exactly 2 minutes. Pour (or spoon) over crackers carefully.

Bake 10 minuets at 325 degrees. Immediately sprinkle with nuts. While still slightly warm cut apart and transfer with fork and spatula to waxed paper to cool.
