2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
Press one roll of cookie dough in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs well. Pour over cookie dough.
Slice the other roll of dough and place slices on top of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
*For the chocolate lovers, try using chocolate cookie dough.
