1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cup pecans; finely chopped
Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 325 Degrees. Combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the butter and vanilla. Add the pecans and mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for about 25 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm. Store in tin box separated by layers of wax paper.
