6 tablespoons sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
Cream butter and sugar together. Add flour slowly and beat until smooth. Add vanilla and egg. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet or shape into balls. Press down with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
