2 tablespoons minced onion
1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
Brown turkey and onion. Add stewed tomatoes and taco seasoning. Spread in 9x9-inch pan. Top with corn muffin mix prepared with egg and milk according to package directions. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
