| Ham and Wild Rice Casserole | |||||||
| 1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice mix 1 (10 ounce) box chopped broccoli, cooked and drained 1 cup chopped ham 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed 1 can mushrooms, drained 1 can cream of celery soup 1 cup mayonnaise 2 teaspoons prepared mustard Cook rice according to directions. Place rice on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Layer on top; broccoli, cheese, ham and mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients and put on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
