| Ham and Asparagus Casserole | |||||||
| 1 package frozen asparagus 1 cup cubed ham 1/4 cup grated cheese 2 tablespoons tapioca 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper 2 tablespoons chopped onion 1 tablespoon lemon juice 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced 1-1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk Combine first 8 ingredients and put into a greased baking dish. Mix together the milk and soup. Spread over the first layer. Cover with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. |
