Ginger Beans w/Luncheon Meat

2 (1 pound) cans pork and beans
1/2 cup finely crushed gingersnaps
1/4 cup catsup
2 tablespoons light molasses
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (12 ounce) can luncheon meat

Combine beans, gingersnap crumbs, catsup, molasses and salt; turn into 1-qt. greased casserole. Cut luncheon meat in 6 slices; place on top of beans. Bake covered in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
