Easy Turkey Rice Casserole
2 cups cooked turkey, cut up
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (3 to 4 ounces) can sliced mushrooms, drained, optional
1 (10-3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a greased 1-1/2-quart casserole; cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly.

Makes 4 servings.
