Day After Christmas Casserole
3 cups cubed bread
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 (10-3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3 cups chopped turkey or chicken

Combine 1/2 of the bread cubes with eggs in large bowl. Combine the remaining bread cubes with milk and stir into egg mixture. Add soup; mix thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients, stir until well mixed. Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2 casserole dish and brush with melted butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until hot and bubbly.
