| Country Chicken Casserole | |||||||
| 1 pound Velveeta (cubed) 1 cup milk 1/2 cup Miracle Whip dressing 2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey 2 cups peas, cooked and drained 8 ounces noodles, cooked and drained 1 tablespoon chopped chives (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Heat Velveeta, milk and Miracle Whip over low heat. Stir until sauce is smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
