Chicken And Ham Casserole

6 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups light cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
2 cups ham, fully cooked and cubed
2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms, sliced, undrained
1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, cooked and drained
1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti. cooked and drained

Melt butter in 3 quart saucepan. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in light cream and chicken broth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.

Combine chicken, ham, undrained mushrooms, peas, spaghetti and cheese sauce in bowl; toss gently to mix. Turn into a 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Makes 8 servings.
