Cheddar-Turkey Casserole

1 cup instant rice
2 tablespoons instant onion
1 cup frozen green peas, thawed and broken apart
2 cups diced cooked turkey
1 can condensed cheese soup
1 cup milk
1 cup finely crushed cheese crackers
2 tablespoons melted margarine

Prepare rice according to package directions, adding the instant minced onion to boiling water. Fluff cooked rice with fork and spread in greased 10x6-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle with peas, then cover with turkey. Blend soup and milk and pour evenly over turkey. Combine cheese cracker crumbs and margarine; sprinkle evenly over the dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until heated.
