Cabbage Casserole
1 medium size cabbage, shredded
1 pound ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup uncooked rice
Salt and pepper
1 (10-3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
1 soup can water

After shredding cabbage, spread in 9" x 13" x 2" baking dish. Brown beef and onion in skillet until meat is cooked. Drain. Stir in rice and pour mixture over cabbage. Season to taste.

Combine soup and water and pour over mixture in baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice and cabbage are tender.

Makes 4 servings.
