Spicy Festive Nuts
1 egg white
1 cup Planters almonds
1 cup Planters pecans
2 cups spoon size shredded wheat cereal
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash ground red pepper

Beat the egg white with a fork just until foamy. Stir in the nuts and cereal. Mix until well coated. Mix the sugar, cinnamon and pepper. Add to the nuts and cereal, toss lightly until evenly coated. Spread onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
