| Praline Pecan Crunch | ||||||||
| 4 cups Crispix cereal 2 cups pecan pieces 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 cup margarine (1/2 stick) 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon baking soda Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Combine cereal and pecans in a 13" x 9" jelly roll pan. Set aside. Combine corn syrup, brown sugar, margarine, vanilla and soda in 1 quart microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 1-1/2 minutes. Stir. Microwave on High 1/2 to 1-1/2 minutes more until boiling. Pour over cereal mixture. Stir to coat evenly. Bake 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on foil to cool. Break into pieces |
