2/3 cups milk
1 cup peanut utter
1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creame
Boil sugar and milk together until soft balls form in a glass of cold water. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and marshmallow cream; stir well with mixer and pour in a lightly greased pan. Let cool and cut into squares.

Add any kind of nuts.
