Mocha Peanut Clusters
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate flavored chips
16 large marshmallows, quartered
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 tablespoon instant coffee
2 cups salted peanuts

Combine chips, marshmallows and butter in top of double boiler. Cook over hot water, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth. Add instant coffee. Remove from heat and stir in peanuts. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper. Cool until firm.

Makes 3 dozen.
