| Milk Chocolate Fudge | |||||||
| 1-1/2 cups sugar 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk 1/2 cup butter 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 cups miniature marshmallows 1/4 cup water 1 (12 ounce) package milk chocolate chips In a large saucepan combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Over medium heat, bring to a boil and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly, about 8 minutes. Add marshmallows and water and stir until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 9 inch square pan. Chill 3 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off paper, and cut into squares. |
