Microwave Chocolate-Peanut Clusters
1 package (6 ounces) chocolate chips
1 package (12 ounces) butterscotch chips
1 package (12 ounces) salted peanuts

Combine chocolate and butterscotch chips in a 2-qt. microwave safe casserole dish. Heat in microwave on Power Level 6 (or about 60%) for 5-6 minutes, or until melted. Stir once during melting. Stir in peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let set until firm. Store in airtight containers.

Tip: If mixture hardens before dropped on wax paper, return to microwave; cook at Power Level 6 again for 1-2 minutes, or until softened. Makes 3-1/2 to 4 dozen.
