| Chocolate Peanut Creams | |||||||
| 3 pounds confectioners' sugar 1 pound butter or margarine 2 pounds peanut butter 1-1/2 pounds chocolate chips 3 tablespoons vegetable shortening In a bowl, mix sugar, butter and peanut butter until very thick. Shape peanut butter mixture into balls the size of large olives. Melt chocolate and vegetable shortening over hot water until smooth. Drop balls into chocolate mixture few at a time. Cover completely with chocolate. Remove with a fork. Place on wax paper to cool. |
