| Chocolate Peanut Balls | |||||||
| 1/2 pound (2 sticks) melted butter or margarine 4 cups crunchy peanut butter 5-1/2 cups (1-1/2 pounds) powdered sugar 6 cups Rice Krispies Mix together well all above ingredents and form small balls. Refrigerate overnight or several hours. Chocolate Coating 1 (16 ounce) Hershey bar 1 (6 ounce) bag semi-sweet morsels 1 block paraffin wax. In double boiler; mix and melt the three ingredients above. Dip peanut butter balls into the chocolate mixture and set on wax paper until hardened. Makes approximately 150 balls |
