Caramel Nut Clusters
1 package butterscotch pudding mix (small)
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1-1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix pudding powder, sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan until smooth. Cook slowly to a soft ball stage. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Beat until mixture begins to thicken; add nuts. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper.
