Stuffed French Toast
1 loaf of bread , cubed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
8 eggs
1/3 cup honey
1-1/3 cups milk

Mix eggs, honey, milk and set aside. In 9 x 13-inch greased pan, evenly layer half of the bread cubes, then cubed cream cheese, and top  with the rest of the bread. Pour egg mixture over bread, cover and leave in refrigerator overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until set and lightly browned. Serve with syrup.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Note:
Try different kinds of bread such as a cinnamon or cinnamon raisin bread. If the loaf is small, you may need 1-1/2 to 2 loafs
