1 pound Jimmy Dean bulk pork sausage
1 tube refrigerated. Crescent rolls (8oz)
6 eggs - (recipe called for 4 eggs)
3 tablespoons milk  (recipe called for 2 tablespoons milk)
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, crumbling as you cook; drain.   Unroll crescent roll dough into a lightly greased 13x9x2  inch baking pan.  Press dough into bottom and 1/2- inch up sides; seal seams.  Sprinkle with sausage.  In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk and pepper; pour over sausage.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Makes 8 servings.

Note:  I do not think this will be near as good with only 4 eggs.  I might have used more cheese too.  It is very good in spite of being easy and quick.  In fact it is our favorite breakfast.  Walt and I alone can eat over half of it.  It is great reheated too.
Yummy!  Enjoy!!!
