Ham and Egg Souffle
6 slices bread (broken up in pieces)
2 cups milk
4 eggs
1 tablespoon onion, diced
8 ounces any kind of strong cheese
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Salt to taste
1-1/2 tablespoons Parmeasan cheese
1 to 2 cups ham, cooked ( you can use bacon or sausage)
Buttered corn flake crumbs

Butter a 9x 11x 2-inch baking pan. Spread bread evenly on the bottom. Cover evenly with the cooked meat. Blend together the remaining ingredients (except the buttered corn flakes crumbs) and pour over meat. Cover and and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spread corn flake crumbs evenly over top of casserole. Bake for 1 hour or until set.

Makes 6 servings.
