Ham & Cheese Breakfast Casserole
4 cups French bread, cubed
3 cups ham, diced
1/2 pound grated American cheese
6 eggs
4 teaspoons flour
1-1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Dash of Tabasco sauce
4 cups milk
4 tablespoon melted oleo
Salt to taste

Layer bread, ham and cheese in a 9"x13" greased baking pan. Pour over the remaining ingredients which have been beaten together in order given. Refrigerate overnight in covered pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
