Easy Breakfast Casserole
1-1/2 pounds hot sausage, cooked and drained
3 cups milk
3 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
9 eggs, well beaten
3 slices white bread, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Refrigerate for 3 hours up to overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
