| Breakfast Casserole with Chilies | |||||||
| 1-1/2 pounds bulk sausage, cooked and drained 6 eggs 6 slices white bread, torn into pieces 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 (4 ounce) can Ortega chilies, diced 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dry mustard 2 cups milk Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Turn into buttered 9" x 13" pan. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer. Makes 6 large servings. |
