Breakfast Casserole
1 pound Polish sausage - Peeled and sliced; fry slow, drain and chop
1/4 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup green pepper chopped
2/3 cup mushrooms
2 cups milk
8 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Sauté the vegetables. Mix with cooked sausage and spread in the bottom of a 9" x 13" grease pan. Mix the milk, eggs and Bisquick in a blender. Pour over vegetables. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until browned and firm.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
