Baked Breakfast Casserole

1 pound bacon (diced)
1 medium sweet onion (chopped)
6 eggs (slightly beaten)
4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups small curd cottage cheese
1-1/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Cook bacon and onion together. Drain. Combine rest of ingredients. Stir in bacon mixture. Put in greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until set and bubbly.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
