| Bacon And Cheese Waffles | |||||||
| 1 egg 1 cup milk 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted 2 cups pancake or biscuit/baking mix 6 to 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese In a medium bowl, beat egg; add milk, sour cream and butter. Stir in pancake mix; mix well. Fold in bacon and cheese. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown. Makes 12 (4-inch square) waffles. |
