Orange Nut Bread
4-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1-3/4 cups sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 to 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted.

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Stir in nuts and orange peel. In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, orange juice and butter until smooth. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into two greased 8"x4"x2" loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool in pans for 0 minutes before removing to a wire rack.

Makes 2 loaves.
