Herb-Buttered Bread
1 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons black olives, chopped
2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon basil 
1/2 teaspoon thyme 
1/2 teaspoon marjoram 
1/2 teaspoon tarragon 
1 teaspoon garlic powder 
1 pound French bread 

In a small bowl combine softened butter, chopped green onions, chopped black olives, chopped parsley, basil, thyme, marjoram, tarragon, and garlic powder; mix well. Slice french bread diagonally and spread the slices with the butter mixture. Place buttered side up on a cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, or until heated through.
