| 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Fiesta Herb with Red Pepper Soup Mix 1-1/2 cup yellow cornmeal 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder 3 eggs, beaten 1-1/2 cups milk 1/3 cup vegetable oil Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In large bowl, combine fiesta herb with red pepper soup mix, cornmeal, flour, sugar and baking powder. Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture. In medium bowl, blend eggs, milk and oil. All at once, add egg mixture to flour mixture stirring just until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Pour into greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake 25 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes about 16 servings. |
