Dilly Cheese Bread
3 cups biscuit baking mix 
1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated 
1 teaspoon sugar 
1/2 teaspoon dillweed 
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 
1-1/4 cups milk 
1 egg 
1 tablespoon oil 
    
Combine biscuit baking mix, grated cheddar cheese, sugar, dillweed, and dry mustard; mix well. Stir in milk, egg, and oil just until moistened. Spoon in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, or until golden brown.

Makes 16 servings.
