Broccoli Cornbread
2 packages Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (10 ounces) package chopped frozen broccoli
1 medium onion, chopped
8 ounces cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 cup (2 sticks) butter

Melt butter in 9" x 13" baking pan. Thaw broccoli and drain well. Mix all ingredients and spread on top of melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
