1 (1-1/4-ounce) packet hot cocoa mix
1 cup vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
Whipped cream, optional
Shaved milk chocolate, optional
Place all ingredients in 5-cup blender container. Cover and blend 20 to 30 seconds until smooth.
Pour into individual beverage glasses. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Makes 2 servings.
