Spicy Brisket
4 pounds beef brisket
24 ounces chili sauce
1 (12 ounce) can beer
 
Trim fat from brisket. Place in an ungreased baking dish. Mix chili sauce and beer;  pour over meat. Cover tightly. Bake in 325 degree oven for 3-1/2 hours or until tender. Remove beef,  let sit for about 20 minutes then slice across the grain.
