| 2 tablespoons butter 1 pound ground chuck 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoons dry mustard 1-1/2 teaspoons vinegar 1/2 cup tomato sauce 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese 1 cup frozen corn kernels, cooked Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add ground chuck, onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dry mustard. Sauté until meat is no longer pink. Add vinegar and remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 to 25 minutes. Serve on split buttered buns, toasted if desired. Makes 6 servings. |
